    Not a very good workout at all today. Missing sets/reps left and right. Can only hope the next one is better.

    Another terrible workout. I don’t know what’s going on. 225 felt heavy as fuck. Once I made it up to 275 I thought I was going to die. I gotta re-evaluate my diet/sleep/all aspects of my life lol.

    Few days off, feeling revitalized. Played pick up hockey on Monday and it was a really fast paced game. It felt really good to be wheeling around the rink for once, instead of playing safe as a defenceman in my league games.

    The girlfriend and I are giving intermittent fasting a try to get rid of some fat, so we’ll see how that goes.
