I am glad we all learned something here today.

Lol at the soyboys taking your post out of context. Easy to see you're saying you're saying but these soyboys are so emotional they lack reading comprehension. This post doesn't say anything bad.Jake Shields and Khabib both fought shortly after their fathers died without hesitation, and I have more respect for them for being able to put their grief aside and carry on with their obligations.
Is ruse the skinny one in they
Is rose the skinny one in the white tee?
Slow down there ColbyLol at the soyboys taking your post out of context. Easy to see you're saying you're saying but these soyboys are so emotional they lack reading comprehension. This post doesn't say anything bad.
Slow down there,ColbyWoman are more emotional and sensitive than men. If you think my comment is misogynistic, then you either don't know what the word means or you are a virtue signalling snow flake.
I think this is overdone. People speculate over alot of shit but no one really knowsDid she actually pull out of the fight? Was there ever an obligation? I'm serious btw iv been out of the loop.
Also, Rose seems to have some mental health issues and seems to be very sensitive so it doesn't surprise me. Not that there is anything wrong with it.
Yes we can.it kind of is.
Can we find one cool dude named Gary honestly?
besides gary albright, who died a long time ago

There are so many words I would like to say for a person criticizing a fighter for taking off to cope with a death. Alas all would get me banned. Something I find ironicPeople grieve differently. She shouldn't be judged on how other people have reacted to loss.

It depends on person to person. Rose might have had a special relationship with her grandfather, you never know. Assumptions are not fair until you have all the facts.even though some posters may think this is callous and horrible to say its the truth. her grandparents are likely 80-90s and eventually will die and often suddenly by heart attack/stroke. its not like her husband or dad/mom died. look at a fighter like khabib whose dad who was very much still active and the primary coach of khabib dying at the age of 57. khabib only delayed his fight by one month with gaethje and put on one of this most dominating performances. staman fought shortly after his younger brother died and won. lots of athletes play games in the nfl/nba after losing loved ones and put up phenomenal performances.
honestly if rose is not 100% mentally there, i'd much rather see Joanna rematch Zhang than see Rose get wrecked again. Rose has little to no chance to win a 5 round fight not only because of the lack of mental toughness but she is physically weak and wore down twice later in the rounds against Andrade, same thing would happen with Zhang.
You only seem to accept your own view at things. You make if seem like a person that takes a while off is miserable by default. Also, everyone grieves different. One person might carry on without shedding a tear, while others are much more emotional. It really doesn't matter. You have to do what feels right for you, so that you come out stronger. The fact you respect someone less who takes his time is weird to me. It's like saying you should be disrespected for not closing your shop and take time to grieve. It’s her profession. And not only that. Her culmination of her entire life work is on the line. Grandpa wouldn’t want her to miss that.
I own a small business. A butcher shop. I’ve had the same 4 guys with me for over a decade.
I have lost a lot over that time. And some have as well. I never closed a day in that time. I went to funerals and if I could make it back to work. I made it back. They can go to funerals and take the day or next off. And we’ll see what they want to do. But it would never be over a week under any foreseeable circumstance. But it just depends on the circumstances. If I wasn’t close to these guys I would think differently.
of course i am more than happy ( not happy as were small every man is important) to let them take some days to grieve. But you get through it. . But you just have to keep going. Being sad and miserable and doing nothing only makes it so much worse.
Life can be just brutal. You just have to keep going.
Misogynistic and feminist. Do you have any more words to pull out of your virtue signalling dictionary? You really should stop using grown-up words that you don't understand. That's a misogynistic view. You're saying women are weak and need "white glove" treatment. If you can't understand why that's your issue. Ask a feminist why and she'll be happy to explain it.
She hasn't signed a contract to fight at a certain date so that's not relevant at all.For contract work?

it sure doesn’t everywhere.
she literally declined the fight. Didn’t want to fight for the title months away.
it’s just fact.
