When it comes to Khabib vs. GSP, you’re talking about two GOATs with elite wrestling. Meanwhile, Jones could dominate Pereira with ease by taking him down. There’s no comparison.

Jones isn't even HW champ and was removed from being so after 5 years of cherrypicked matches (grand total of two of them over half a decade / the rest on the couch). Meanwhile Alex just now won his belt back and has a career record of 12-3 overall.

Nah. Below Volk/Islam. Hell it is below Islam/JDM because at least they were both undisputed one full fight ago. The only thing Alex has on any previous superfight angles is the 3 belt thing.

Wrong as usual. This fight would be the biggest selling fight UFC could do. Casuals didn't care about Islam they wanted Volk to win. Everyone knows Alex he's the biggest star in the sport and wants him to KO wife beater Jones. Just because youre completely out of touch doesn't make you right. These are 2 superstars. You don't think time would have made a difference whatsoever? Khabib didn't fill out his frame at all or become a more complete fighter? And GSP hadn't aged at all during his time off? I wouldn't be so sure of anything around that fight based on either the Tibau fight or how GSP looked in his prime.

GSP would have beat Khabib. No one he ever beat was half as good as GSP.

Keep in mind your sole position revolved around talking sales numbers rather than merit / an actual compelling match-up.

By every logic you just cited... thread title could be "Musk vs Zuckerberg is the the Khabib vs GSP of our time" because that fight would outsell them all.
