Crime Riot+Looting in Ferguson, MO

Which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever since Brown was 20 feet away from the car when he was put down.

Yeah, I don't know many people who would take one to the chest and decide to keep coming. That's absurd.

Can I ask you guys who suspect "racism" played a role an honest question and get an honest answer?

If "white racism" is the reason for the problems in places like Ferguson, then why do black people who live in white areas usually have enjoyable and crime-free lives, despite being surrounded by evil whites?

Shouldn't it be the opposite? Shouldn't we hear about blacks who wander into "enemy territory" like Oregon being gunned down by white supremacists? But that doesn't happen. They become accountants and buy a 4 bedroom.

It's obviously quite the opposite. These predominantly black areas lose touch with European-style civilization and start to regress into African norms. This "big man get stuff, small man obey" culture is of course incompatible with modern civilization, including law enforcement, so conflict occurs.

Of course admitting this puts the black male ego at stake, so it's much more convenient to just pretend whites "oppress" you, despite that every contact between European and African cultures has resulted in the degradation of the former and rapid advancement of the latter.

Nope! He took property by force and threat of additional force. That is the definition of robbery. If he was peacefully arrested, the prosecutor may have offered a lower charge in a plea deal. That all changed when he hit the cop and ran.

I know its technically robbery but it would be rather silly to put this in the same league as armed robbery or situations where people steal thousands of dollars which is what people are implying when they said he "robbed and assaulted" (when you think about robberies involving assault you don't picture what was shown in that video..at least I don't) even though it might be technically true. He took $50 worth of shit and pushed the clerk. Thats not something that deserves jail time..not for a first time offender anyway. Probation with community service seems appropriate in that situation.

So you believe he hit the cop and ran in an attempt to get away? I can actually buy that if he thought the cop was going to arrest him for stealing. It sounds a lot more plausible to me than the theory that he was trying to go for the cop's gun.

You do understand the difference between strong arm robbery and shop lifting, right?

stealing a box of blunts and shoving someone are grounds to getting shot to death?

I'm sure there was a confrontation of some sort, obviously this kid wasn't an angel. Nevertheless, police aren't allowed to summarily execute people. Given the actions of the Ferguson PD in the wake of this tragic incident, I don't think there is any question they're withholding information because this shooting wasn't warranted.

Yep, that theory makes sense. Cop executes random person. Idiots.

When will the sherdog Al Sharptons apologize?

+ assaulting an officer and going for his weapon.

First of all, the officer in question stopped Brown for walking in the middle of the street, not for a robbery. I guess you're just discounting all the eyewitness testimony that says this man was gunned down with his hands up. Furthermore, the confrontation ended 20 feet from the patrol car where Brown supposedly went for his gun even after taking one to the chest...lol. I can see why the Ferguson PD is refusing to release simple information, like, how many times was Brown shot?

So was the '20ft away' thing confirmed? What about the Struggle(For the gun)?

Imagine all this could have been prevented if he just got out of the street (and not fought with cops). Cops may have been in the wrong but talk about making shit worse on yourself.

Taking $50 worth of merchandise and shoving the clerk is 2nd degree felony with a max sentence of 15 years in prison? Yeah, thats fucking stupid. How is the outcome much different for the victim had Brown just committed regular old shop lifting? Because he got shoved too?

So if Brown goes in the store and shoves the clerk but takes nothing..thats simple battery which is a misdemeanor and he gets community service.

If Brown goes in the store and steals $50 dollars worth of merchandise without shoving the clerk..thats shopping lifting (a misdemeanor if it less than a few hundred dollars worth of stuff) and he has to pay damages to the store owner plus possibly community service.

If it does both at the same time...its TOTALLY different. Now, its a big fucking deal and he's looking at a felony with a max of 15 years in prison.

Totally logical.

Guess we'll find out when the ballistics and autopsy reports come back, won't we?

Oh wait no screw it. The officer executed him, I know this for fact, trust me. Lets execute the officer, set him on fire and hang him like we were Iraqi insurgents. Fuck evidence, amirite?

Are we on stormfront?

Must be a difficult situation on there because they aren't too fond of cops either.

So you think strong arm robbery is no big deal?

From what was shown on the video tape? No. It wasn't that big of a deal. Was it okay? No. Should he have done it? No. But its a minor crime.

Are we on stormfront?

Twilight Zone, based on the number of people who are so ready to ignore the (unrefuted) claims that the kid was 20 feet from the car with his hands up when the cop fired the kill shot.
