Jack v savage repeatedly uses an example of a starving mother who takes apples from someone else's apple tree. He thinks the owner of the tree has no right to defend his apples. Jack defends the mother.

I value human life over property rights and I believe that people make mistakes. I tend to think that most reasonable people would agree with that considering the punishments for petty theft. Sherdog is the only place I know where people seem to believe that any theft should be punishable by death no matter how small.

Many of you keep alluding to racism and can't drop "unarmed black", "history of oppressing blacks", etc.

My question was fairly clear.

If you believe whites & racism are behind some war on unarmed black teens, why do unarmed black teens in white towns in Oregon and Wisconsin seem to be doing fine despite being surrounded by white oppressors? Wouldn't they be in grave danger?

Why do the worst areas to be black seem to be predominantly black, nearly engaged in open warfare with their own significantly black police departments?

It doesn't fit your narrative of racial oppression. The best place to be a black person seems to be a white neighborhood.

It's hard to imagine that your scenario would extend far beyond the police unit with multiple shots fired and more than one witness who claims he was shot with his hands up. Get it?

This ain't the movies the kill shot could of happened in the car and he was still able to run away even with a fatal wound to where he dropped. It is also reasonable to believe that the officer did chase him with his gun out pointing it at the suspect to he fell and died.
People want answers but need to wait for a through investigation to be completed.

This also might suprise people but sometimes cops get lucky and stop people for minor crimes after said person has committed serious offenses

Did you even read the thread? About every page has some driveby/passive aggressive comment alluding that he was shot because he's black or how the cop would already be in jail if the person he shot was white.

By finally responding I am not interjecting anything. I am asking them what their logic is. Not so surprisingly, there is no logic and the only responses I've gotten are "stormfront", "racist". Their idea of a brilliant trap I suppose.

When you grow up your entire life in an environment where you can make any absurd claim then back it up by screaming "racist, stormfront", your debating skills go down the toilet.

Have you ever visited their opposing views/open discussion forum?

It really doesn't get much dumber than this place. People on Stormfront should say "lol what is this sherdog" when dumb jocks in baseball caps stumble in drunk and make threads about the Daily Show.

Where have I said the cop had a right to execute him? I was answering the statement that the way he stoped was no big deal and it was.

The only thing it relates to in the shooting is if it was the reason he attacked the cop.

The same cops I advocate violence against should protect me from violence when I attempt to steal other people's property, simply because I decreed it. i personally believe that the place with many white people are always the safest, more productive, and people live in better live.
so how come W racism is the reason for all that, if ^^ thats the case.
but i don't think because other culture is inferior, they just need to adapt with white culture or whatever you want to call it.

If that is the case then the law is stupid. Like I said before, if he had done those things on separate occasions, he would be charged with misdemeanors and likely community service. But because he did them together, its a felony and he now deserves to go to jail for years. Its utterly retarded.
