andy though, he's just a nice guy all around. officer struck just decided he didn't like him because andy told him what he was doing was illegal. this cop assaulted him so many times lol, we just knew what was going to happen when we saw struck lol. he was cool with me, but just HATED andy.

and see this is the problem, you grew up white, so you think the cops don't do this shit all the time. but for people like me who lived through it, we know for a fact they pull this shit every day. if they did it to you, you would have a lawyer on your side, when they did it to us, they knew there was nothing we could do. this is why the people in the neighborhood in MO are so pissed, because they deal with the abuse daily. you don't. and have never had to man. it's frustrating to people who have lived through it, because we know just how crooked many cops are.

LOL...you have no idea how or where I grew up. I grew up in a way worse area than you. Oxnard is not nearly as hardcore as you think. Even though I wouldn't last 10 seconds there haha.

come on, why do you always believe the story of the killer? in this case you have several credible eye witnesses who are not ghetto or gangster in any way.
 
Anyway, Matt, the big issue here isn't the Brown killing. It's the generally out-of-control police force (the long history of issues in the community, the way they've handled protestors, the way they've handled the media, etc.). The shooter was just one guy.

It was brown's motivation though. He just robbed a store and then a cop approached him. If you were Brown and you just robbed a store, what would you think the cop was about to do?

Who are the credible witnesses in this case? This is the crux of the issue. Did the cop shoot him with cause or did he lose his cool. It all depends on whether he knew whether or not Brown was armed and whether or not Brown was raising his hands and surrendering at a decent distance.

I don't believe either side at this point because cops tend to protect their own and folks in the hood tend to say "fuck the police".

Not after he's no longer attacking you, is running away and is 20 feet away with his hands in the air.

Assuming the cop's story is true. Which the behavior of the police department makes me doubt more and more.

if i were him and was thinking clearly, i'd have gotten out of the street. according to what the cops are saying brown ignored the cop like a dumb ass, so the cop reversed and confronted him. all he had to do was get on the side walk.

i think he was drunk or something, and that's how the whole thing went down like it did. drunk and listening to rap lol.

but none of that matters, if he's 20 feet away with his hands up, you cant shoot him. even if he sucks as a person.

Actually that sounds like the norm. If you assault and strike someone then get cold feet/break for it while they're recovering they're still allowed to defend themselves.

If this was some white tweeker who was out robbing and hitting people and got shot by the cops literally none of you would care. You would be making fun of him or saying you're glad he's off the streets. "Darwin Award" jokes amok.

i've proven in here already where i grew up and who i grew up with, and it was only 2 people who have been confirmed for rape that i know of.

in some neighborhood the cops are completely out of control.

i had a similar experience with tck, he suddenly became black when he felt he could use it in a discussion.

pan is a pretty good guy though, even though i don't agree with him on a lot of political stuff.
