I believe the discussion centered around the MMR. Different vaccines tend to have unique side effects, although the biggest problem overall is limited safety evaluation in general.

Nothing you put in or on your body — food, supplements, cosmetics, prescription medications, etc. — is evaluated for safety at a higher standard than vaccines. This is a typical argument from ignorance.
