Opinion RFK Jr. wants to get rid of food dye.

Read this propaganda piece!!! There are even studies about some of these things. You even got a graphic with colors!

Wow dude. Mind just blown.

Only not because most of what you just wrote is tripe.

I thought about bothering to respond to this crap, but like a lot of stuff it’s triple the effort to disprove because it’s the same old tactic of taking a fact and then misusing it to get a conclusion you want to reach. There’s also misrepresenting facts and conflating them going on, kind of like you did by knowingly adding “severe” to autism comment he made, a word neither him nor I used. It’s pretty fucking rich watching you try to shame me while knowing you’re sitting there making a deliberate choice to be dishonest.

If anyone’s truly interested they can look into it for themselves.
Got it, there's no point in replying to you because you don't want to have a conversation. I'll just add you to my ignore list since you aren't capable of having an actual discussion even when I present a lot of evidence right in your face. I wont waste my time just to be childishly insulted again.

You presented a lot of bullshit. And the worst part is you seem to know it

Can’t believe it took this long and this many years

My wild guess is natural coloring degrades and has a shorter shelf life
pretty sure in the EU they determined it was purely for aesthetics and waste of time and money. There are odorless natural dies including from fruits, and yes, even aus die bugs.

It's not a waste of money, though. We eat with our eyes first, and kids love those bright colors. Those colors help sell products. Otherwise, they wouldn't be used.

I'm all for cleaning up our food. I don't think food dye is probably the most toxic thing in our foods but the cleaner we can get our food the better.

@jimjamjammer You disagree that coloring these products helps sell them? Why do you thin clear Pepsi failed? Why do you think Fruity Pebbles looks like it does? Do you think if that cereal was beige it would sell as well? This shit is common knowledge.

This is idiotically true and sadly so for much of the human condition.

I agree it's all marketing. I at first thought you were supporting the dye.

They still manage to sell the same products, minus the dye in other countries though. Which proves it's not really necessary.

I can't think that getting rid of additives from food can really be a bad thing. Sure you'll get a load of obese American children throwing a wobbly about their food not being packed with artificial shit, but at least they'll burn off some calories from the complaining
