His fight with Jones isn't as controversial if you take away the shock of how well Reyes did in rounds 1&2...
Round 3 is the turning point round...Reyes started ok but around half way through hit a fatigue wall he could not recover from for the next 2.5 rounds and thats why he lost...
It could of been scored a draw round and thus a draw fight and its pretty much damn near the middle of the third round when Reyes falls off the cliff cardio wise..but from that point on Jones took over .
If your gunna leave a close round against a long reigning champion up in the air .. chances are its gunna go to champion..
If you wanna be the man you gotta beat the man...shutting down cardio wise half way through a round isnt beating the man especially when he starts becoming more aggressive as you tire
As a challenge everyone should try watching the fight and scoring the fight from the 3rd round on ward and see who they give it to as a 3 round fight...ive seen it as 30-27 Jones...but it was close
