Taking all evidence into account it's more likely that Conor McGregor did not rape Nikita Hand. She was on cctv footage dancing and flirting in jovial mood shortly after she suffered the worst injuries the nurse had ever seen. Her account of events was contradicted by the cctv footage and phone records.
