we dont know what injuries jones had. this was his 4th fight in 13 months.

That VERY VERY likely has to due to the strength needed at heavy, id venture gane is much stronger than reyes .
And no, we've seen both of them on the ground. Reyes is much quicker, much more agile and likely to pop back to his feet.
Reyes looked like a turtle in his Ngannou bout.

Yeah, a fight isn't about physical attributes, it is about the matchup though. Gane is not Reyes and will need significant improvements; let's hope he can make them.

It was a bad look for Jones. He was still fresh in the championship rounds while Reyes looked like a dying fish and he still couldn't take him down. It's the absence of PED's imo. He still has the skill and cardio but he's just not as strong without them.
Of course there's a chance Reyes' TDD is just that good and this was a one time thing. But don't be surprised if Gane comes in with vastly improved TDD from the Ngannou fight. He's definitely been working on it.
It all comes down to whether or not Jon can get the TD but there's too many unknowns to make a good prediction imo. I wouldn't bet on this fight.
