Excellent choice for post workout.

Add a plate of extremely spicy laab and I'm in.

I dont need to vine now. Because i got covid 19 for the 2nd time.

Feel semi drunk anyway

I'm not trainer or coach.
From my exp sometimes to get a bit drunk isn't bad.
While stuff like a lot of ppl in internet had allocated to use for problems after hard sparring like aspirine to remowe headaches it is real " fun "....

One from stuff I had used was drink like this: natural honey (peaces with cells ) + water + vit C and glucosis powder .....
+ stuff from nuts turned in powder like condition and meat....yup....meat+ eggs....
This from legal stuff.....
+ water again and again.

Two glass of red vine tonight. Restday tomorrow. Sparring Sunday.

Red wine is more effective during the work out it opens up the blood vessels and increase nitric oxide levels which gives you better pump that’s what you want during training . Some supplements have red wine extract but it’s not as potent then actual wine , best bet is drink a glass or 2 in the beginning eventually the buzz wears off or mix it in with your own stuff .

I’ve got my best results for years including it , I include it sometimes with some red beat powder , half scoop of my pre work out , Agmatine sulfate and a little magnesium powder and Carnosyn .

once had an amateur mma fight Called off after weigh ins because the opponent popped his random drug test for cocaine. Good times
If we dispatch the moral dimension of this regulation, doesn't cocaine work more against the fighter than for him? What could he possibly benefit from having that shit in his system?

I would avoid drinking red wine (or any wine) prior to a combat sport training session. Speaking with experience because I've stupidly done it once or twice, you'll get dehydrated quicker during the session, your cardio will not be as good especially during aanerobic exercices, and it will also slightly effect reflexes in sparring. I can imagine it might even make some people wanna puke.

Drinking can also exacerbate a concussion/cte.

Post workout my friend. Not pre workout

Clearly you have never crushed a half rack of bushe light tall boys while doing bench press and listening to creed

I did a short padwork and clinch training with my trainer in chumphon Thailand back in 2002. After sharing a bottle of cheap thai whiskey.

Does that count?
