Excellent choice for post workout.

Add a plate of extremely spicy laab and I'm in.
 
I dont need to vine now. Because i got covid 19 for the 2nd time.

Feel semi drunk anyway
 
I'm not trainer or coach.
From my exp sometimes to get a bit drunk isn't bad.
While stuff like a lot of ppl in internet had allocated to use for problems after hard sparring like aspirine to remowe headaches it is real " fun "....

One from stuff I had used was drink like this: natural honey (peaces with cells ) + water + vit C and glucosis powder .....
+ stuff from nuts turned in powder like condition and meat....yup....meat+ eggs....
This from legal stuff.....
+ water again and again.
 
Two glass of red vine tonight. Restday tomorrow. Sparring Sunday.
