wow that exchange was ugly. Glad the ref stopped it right there. From what I saw looks like they would keep flailing until Tawanchai caught one clean and went out cold.

agree it looks like he doesn’t really know what to do at kickboxing mid range. Should go to the lab at Sitsongpeenong or Petchyindee and spar with punch spammers

WLF - Chujaroen vs Meng Guodong tomorrow morning, also Zhao Chuanlin (Dude who KO'ed Thong Fairtex in Glory Shenzhen) vs a guy from Madagascar.
 
About that, they already canceled one event that was entertaining on paper, it was supposed to happen next saturday, but government canceled everything. It was an event with Tie Yinghua vs Saiyok Pumpanmuang and Han Feilong vs Yoshida Eiji and some other well known chinese kickboxers.

Seen some rumblings of other events being an uncertainty at this point as well. Wu Lin Feng social media (as an arm of a government owned tv station) is basically coronavirus info only at this point

Next Kickboxing event with chinese involvement will be Mix Fight vs Wu Linfeg in Armenia on feb 22. If most of the fights are maintained without big changes, maybe we will have events again in China in April. I don't think anybody will organize anything big in China before that.

Perfect excuse for KLF not re-scheduling their Dec-31 event :p
 



Chinese kickboxing all pretty much on hold. No news about when next Kunlun or Wu Lin Feng events are held in China. Kunlun/AMMA event in Thailand on the 23rd still going ahead and think probably at least most of the Chinese fighters on that card have been in Thailand for a while already so doubt there'll be many late minute cancellations for that.

If we manage to avoid that virus, China will anyway not host events for some years.

This is from last year but what do you guys think about this reffing?



Reff yells "break" all the time, but never steps in to separate them, so the chinese guy just keeps fighting. I don't know if the chinese guy doesn't understand english but it seems reasonable to keep fighting until ref steps in.
 
Seems like it's just a horrible ref. In this fight the guy is out cold and he starts counting wtf... But are any rules broken if a figher keeps fighting after ref yells break?
 
Glory's how to watch page lists ixigua.com (watermelon video) now as well... So Kunlun, Wu Lin Feng, GoH, EM-Legend...and Glory should all now stream on one site.
 
Hosting fights in China will be banned for a year of two because of the virus outburst.
