From Hell, the movie about Jack the Ripper, had some accurate parts. The DVD extras had photo comparisons of the real crimes scenes and the crime scenes in the movie and they were extremely close.

Heat and Collateral had good technical shooting, IMO.

Zodiac is fairly realistic as well.

You should watch the first season of Whitechapel if you're interested in Jack The Ripper.
