when you look at our stock market, as gangsta as it is right now, it's clearly being propped up by FAANG stocks/NASDAQ and who is buying those stocks to push the share price? it's not normal investors in their 401ks (which don't even allow the purchase of individual stocks anyway).....but Institutional investors and foreign Central Banks that are allowed to invest in non Gov backed equities (which we aren't)

I am speaking from the assumption that Webb would get to the general election. I agree with you. Dems are going to have a bloodbath as Warren, Booker and K. Harris all go at it brutally and see who can promise the most free stuff.

The very ugly primary that the Democrats are going to have, is one of the reasons I predict President Trump will be reelected. The 2020 primaries are going to be a war for the soul of the Democratic Party between the traditional Democrats, and the now openly socialist wing of the Democratic Party.

Webb actually could out-alpha Trump on a debate stage and has a cross-party record. He'd clean up but that won't happen.

I'm sorry, I just can't agree with this analysis. I've seen nothing to indicate that it would be correct. Jim Webb has shown no real ability to command a room. If President Trump holds a rally, there's an overwhelming chance the people that were in that room will now vote for President Trump. The man utilizes crowd psychology on a level I've never seen. The people who claim that the President is somehow mentally lacking are playing right into his Tortoise and the Hare strategy.
