Good answer, thank you.The exact opposite.
Putin is my ideological opponent. I wouldn't be doing myself any favours by disregarding his strengths, would I? The guy is cunning and so has a bunch of north Americans believing he's something he's not. And that something is a desirable leader. Lol. He's an authoritarian, manipulative (via violent force) killer. Sure he's got some valuable leadership qualities, to deny that is foolishness, but so is thinking we'd do better with him at the helm.
I also have respect for firearms, people who carry them, wildlife, strange dogs and all sorts of things that could ruin my day. "Respect" doesn't have a single faceted definition like "one". At least not from my perspective.
That’s nonsense. The only time you might expect some potential pushback from the top government is only if you become a top opposition leader like Navalny. Until then, you can crap on Putin as much as you want and nothing will happen. However, lower level politicians might try to get at you just to lick Putin’s arse at your expense. And I am not talking about killing, big political murders haven’t happened in Russia for many years, but it’s possible you might get fired from your job or a random lawsuit might be made up against you.At least you can speak out against Trudeau. Try that with Putin and some goons come over and throw you out a window.
The butcher of Crimea ? What kind of fucked up idiocy that is ? Do you know that during the Crimean take over only one person died ?What a fucking insane thread this is.
you righties understand we’re taking about Putin, right? The butcher of Crimea? The dude about to invade yet another country? Cold-blooded lifelong KGB agent who plunders his county’s assets, has a dictatorial grip on their press, and murders his opponents?
And you guys would prefer that to Trudeau because Trudeau is too much of a bleeding heart liberal? <45>
Holy fuck, look at how the conservatives—those who stood with Reagan as he tried to end communism—have flipped all the way to the other side, and would accept and even embrace a dictator.
You guys stamp your feet and cry over having to wear a mask in a grocery store FFS, but you’re cool with a cold-blooded violent dictator? Wow. Just wow.
Have you ever been to Russia or have you seen Russian cities lately ? It’s much better than Canada in many regardsThe best part is the economy.. Russia should be one of the richest countries in the world but is a 3rd world shithole because Putin and pals have plundered the shit out of Russia.. Yeah that sure seems better than Trudeau... lol..
Putin has less fema camps in his country. I vote putin.
For a conservative mind, Russia is a much more free country than Canada. You can publicly state your opinion on a range of topics without much consequences like being cancelled.

Sure Putin is a dictator that has stolen billions of dollars and murdered his political rivals, but what about public health mandates?

There’s nothing in Canada that’s even close to megapolis magnitude of Moscow or historical value of St Petersburg.Ok now you went overboard
To quote a çertain rus sherdogger
"Russia is like if muhammed ali had become crackhead instead of boxer"
And quote fits perfectly
There’s nothing in Canada that’s even close to megapolis magnitude of Moscow or historical value of St Petersburg.
As far as modern cities go, Kazan of Yekaterinburg are not that much worse than any Canadian city. And there’s no Sochi obviously.
im saying it as someone who has been to both countries recently

And you think an average view from Toronto or Red Deer is extremely better?
I don't get what's so "shitty" about this picture. There are plenty of window views, in Scarborough, Ontario that look similar in the winter.
