My sister's best friend is gay. He's a cool guy. I have nothing against anyone on a personal level. However, when we look at groups, we can judge their actions and criticize their behaviors. Like I said, just leave the fkin kids alone and no one would care. You can't hypersexualize everything while promoting it as "family friendly".

3 of the 4 countries I've lived in I've met and am friends with tons of LGBTQ, stereotyping them into one box is ridiculous. I got it very wrong with an ex straight friend who I actually wrote a character reference for in court so I'm on the lookout for everyone depicting anything shady.

But at least you finally addressed that I'm not a p word for simply being friends with a trans person. I say person because people here went spastic by gendering the person in the past. Like literally fire and brimstone spastic, lol.

Walked by it today. It’s pretty bleh. I didn’t see any naked people or whatever. I saw children but with families. I will admit I don’t like pot smoking in front of children. Families shouldn’t bring their kids around that type of event.

I think 14 and up should be fine. At age 14 you are old enough to at least smell what pot is.

I'm selling some wares at my local small town PRIDE event at the end of the month and people are already planning a protest even though it's in a general not kid park, and not parading the streets.

I'm not LGBTQ myself but a lot of what I'm selling is. Should I worry? Husband's going to be with me so physically I'm okay, my main worry is my mouth if someone says something hateful.
