What's the political angle?
Uh, crime? Crime and politics are kind of connected.
The first thread tag is "Crime."

What's the political angle?
I've seen crimes posted in the Berry when there wasn't an obvious political angle. There's even the "Bizarre cases of the Missing and Murdered" thread. Also the "would you bang her" thread with the chick who did meth and dismembered her boyfriend.Uh, crime? Crime and politics are kind of connected.

Almost seems like random crime threads don't belong in either place. What's the discussion supposed to be anyway? That person is bad and I hope "X" happens to them?
It's an occurrence so absurd it needed to be shared. Who the fuck would throw their life away and try to kill someone over $2?Almost seems like random crime threads don't belong in either place. What's the discussion supposed to be anyway? That person is bad and I hope "X" happens to them?
You've agreed it's not political and a lady getting stabbed 14 times in front of her small child doesn't seem like lighthearted discussion to me so I don't know where else this would go besides OT?It's an occurrence so absurd it needed to be shared. Agree. If you remove the 5 year old, it's unlikely it can be rehabilitated.... In front of one? Zero chance.Exactly how cold blooded do you have to be to stab a woman 14 times IN FRONT OF HER 5 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER???!!!
There's no "rehabilitation" here. These scum should never see freedom again.
We're nitpicking now that stand alone crimes aren't political enough to be in the WR? Okay...
Stuff like this can spur discussion on all sorts of societal issues that fit in the WR.
Are soft on crime DA's emboldening violent criminals? Has the wage gap led to people being so desperate as to lose their minds and stab someone over $2?
Hell, there's actually a thread right now in the WR specifically about tipping culture in America and people are getting fed up with it. And part of that is the expectations of the service industry workers. And you can't find a way to relate this at all?
I can fix her
Now this makes more senseEdit: I found another article. The victim was kind of a cheapo. The store doesn't give their drivers money change. The woman made the driver go get change for 50 then only gave her 2 dollars.
Its up to the delieverer to have reasonable amount of change with her. That 50 dollar no change thing seems like bullshit. I saw an interview with that victim. She told the reporter the food arrived late and cold so she thought it didn't deserve a good tip. I don't even think the stabbing was motivated by money. The victim told the attacker where additional money was being kept and the attacker didn't even go for it. I don't like to victim blame but the victim has face tattoos. I am assuming this situation is due to some perceived disrespect by the victim.

You can start with who ever put that South Korea plane crash in the Berry.So... why is this in the Berry?
Just gonna card everyone who's trying to turn the Berry into War Room Lite.
