I'll give Dana credit for clinging to those brother's and trying to pull his weight. But to imply that he's this self made success story is complete bogus. This is a story of extreme luck and capitalizing on it.

Dana was extremely opportunistic and resourceful to realize what he could do by attaching himself to a couple of billionaires. But he's certainly not notable otherwise in any way, nor was he self made. Hard assing MMA fighters, intimidating them, strong arming them, and nickel and diming them to maximize corporate profits is pretty easy when you consider that the UFC has a near monopoly on the sport and the fighters generally have zero options and leverage.
