As much as people want to bitch Rogan has legit skills and earned his ranks even in a sport like TaeKwonDo which lends itself to buying belts he competed and won
Probably done much more than the majority of sherdoggers
If he exaggerates every now and then who cares he has some experience as well he knows the feeling of competition on some level

Rogan started making kombucha like 20 years ago, he's been pretty on top of the current health wisdom for a long long time. Nutrition is my realm as well and from what I've seen / heard..he knows his shit very well and overall takes care of his body very well.
