Rogan started making kombucha like 20 years ago, he's been pretty on top of the current health wisdom for a long long time. Nutrition is my realm as well and from what I've seen / heard..he knows his shit very well and overall takes care of his body very well.

In regards to aging well, that combination seems to be the best strategy.

Yeah, I have. Also seen his podcasts with Ronda patrick, ben greenfield, Aubrey marcus and a few others.

His nutrition IQ is quite high overall, he's a good generalist.
