I don't get it so how many times did he fall down stairs? He fell once and they put him on the couch? Then he goes to the stairs and falls again?!
Have to work "peen" in there somewhere. From Penn State to the State Penn.
This is a ridiculous statement. The incident was specific to a hazing game they do. They have to go through this to get into the frat. The alcohol is provided directly by the frat members. How is this not a frat issue?
Of course there are going to be issues at any college campus with drinking and partying, but this is very specific and directly related to the problems with frat hazing. Furthermore, some members wanted to get helped and were basically bullied by older frat members into not doing shit.
The parents will be able to sue the fraternity charter. That's the national organization. It will happen in this case, and this fraternity will lose their charter and this chapter will be shut down. Watch. It'll be an interesting case.
What they're really fucked on, is providing alcohol to minors which played a big role in the death. That could ultimately be what hangs them. Now, if the kid was of age, I wonder where the responsibility would lye?
This isn't a frat issue though. With or without frats, you're still going to have a culture of heavy partying at colleges and universities. It's not like if you officially take away frats, that culture will magically change.

Fucked worse than a Sandusky victim. He'll probably end up with a manslaughter charge at the very least, and he'll get convicted. Pepper your angus, bruh.My brother's friend was the president of that fraternity's chapter. apparently, hes fucked

You never played any stupid drinking games outside of a frat? Never got your hands on booze as a minor, outside of it being provided by frat members?
This particular issue is related to a frat, but let's not pretend that getting rid of frats is going to magically stop young people from being stupid with booze in college.
I wasn't denying that this particular issue wasn't related to a frat. I was arguing the issue as a whole. The culture of getting fucked up every weekend at college and university is the bigger issue at hand, and it's not going to change by simply banning frats.
How do you ban frats anyways? All the schools could do is not officially endorse them. That's not going to stop anyone from starting up a special club independently, that has a lot of the same benefits. Frats going underground with even less responsibilities could lead to even more issues.
Keep the frats, just hold them to a higher standard of accountability. All they can do is try to change the culture. Banning them won't do a damn thing.
That dude in the black shorts looks like he's struggling to clap under his legs. LolA lot of them are into stepping, which is infinitely less cool than breakdancing or hip hop dancing in general. It's like the black version of all male acapella groups.

So Gayberry is full of low T cucks with inferiority complexes who are scared of fraternities. Imagine that lmfao
I never understood the concept of fraternities.
Why waste money buying friends to hang out and drink with, and at the same time let your GPA suffer due to the mindless shenanigans that these idiots get into all the time? That tribal mentality of "Oh, we're zeta omega whatever and we're better than the rest" is just ridiculous. They're all douches to me.
I'm glad I spent my time studying and hanging at the university BJJ club instead.
Humans feel the need to belong. Social approval is one of the biological needs programmed into us.
I take it you work at the local hardware store? The popular thing is not always the right thing. It is a concept you can take with you the rest of your life. They chose to take the easy route and did what everyone else was doing at the time by joining a frat club.
I also think the program is broke and needs to be fixed. Such a program allows our young children to be manipulated and lied to with the 'every kid should go to college' bs. This is an indoctrination tool taught right out of the gates to high school freshmen.
Just ban fraternities already
