Metal/Rock/Industrial Ozzy Osbourne

This is not rock and roll anymore, they might look like hippies, but listen to what they are playing.

That is METAL

Bro just stop, no one is gonna agree with you. As soon as the first note on the first BS album is played, metal was created right then and there.

You have NO IDEA WTF you are talking about.
Of course Sabbath created what we all know as modern heavy metal.

First note on first album is the Big Bang that created the universe we live in.

Heavy metal - the 'sinister' side of rock :)
Imagine trying to imply Iommi and the boys didnt create Heavy Metal and Doom metal at the same time, and that they were just a good rock band, and metal was invented by Metallica... OR SOMETHING

Yup. And that's a problem a lot of people have, they look at today's metal and compare it to bands back then. But back then no one else was doing anything like that, it was heavy for the time and it's just amazing music still today.

Kill Em All was considered Speed Metal. Which is basically Heavy Metal played fast.

Like playing Maiden and Priest like riffs fast.

How can you play Heavy Metal fast if Heavy metal didnt exist yet???

So metal can only be fast??? is all Metallica fast??

Wasnt trying to get anyone to agree with anything. Gave an opinion. Sorry a person's opinion gets your panties in such a bunch. <3>

Hated his Breaking the Law even more....

I also hate his music for the most part but he does have some good shit...

...but never cover Priest or Sabbath again please.
Yeah I gotta admit that even though corgan's nasally voice can annoy me, the band as a whole, him included, are very talented musicians and songwriters.

I always thought he'd talk like he sings hahah but he actually got a deep masculine voice in normal life hahahahah

Yeah, I'm not a fan of his vocals in general. His style/voice isn't very suitable for covering metal especially. I think he's a pretty good musician and songwriter, just not a great singer.

When he sang Breaking the Law, I thought, eh, but I didn't care that much since I think it's probably the most overrated Priest song. But then he started singing Snowblind, which is one of my fave Sabbath songs, and I thought "ah, damn it..."

Speaking of which, Priest really should have been there.
