i met this dutch girl here in san francisco last summer (hot as fuck, crazy in bed lol), and we discussed this very topic one day. though her other half is polynesian, so she wasn't as tall as most (5' 8").

you pretty much hit the nail on the head. and like you say, diet is probably the predominant factor.

i remember that whenever we'd go out to eat, it had to be heavy food (burgers, bbq, shepherd's pie, lasagna, etc.) it was awesome, haha. no light dressing on salad crap. straight-up solid foods.

Overeem is only born in the UK, but he moved to the Netherlands when he was 6 years old and he grown up there. His mother is Dutch and his father from suriname. So for everbody who nows alistair, he's dutch.

The Netherland's altitude has some to do with their size, the higher the altitude the smaller the animals are going to be including humans, this makes perfect sense because at higher altitudes there is less oxygen which will limit the maximum size of animals and people.
