Interesting change up in this event.
Amy Monetengro's fight with Rosa Acevado is off, replaced by Corso's pro debut against House.
Decent chance Monetengro may have gotten herself into TUF 20. This fight would have been Montenegro's debut at 115, although her last fight was at 120 as she was preparing herself to go down to that weight.
5-16 Intense Cage Fighting 13:
105 Liz McCarthy (1-1-0) US vs. Cassie Robb (0-1-0) US
115?Emily Corso (0-0-0) US vs. Lynnell House (2-1-0) CA
//115 Amy Cadwell-Montenegro (3-0-0) US vs. Rosa Acevedo (1-1-0) US
125 Katie Howard (2-1-0) US vs. Robin Woods (0-0-0) US
- It'll be interesting to see how this fight goes: Emily Corso (0-0-0) US vs. Lynnell House (2-1-0) CA. House has established herself as a solid fighter. Corso has a good ammy record but fighting at heavier weights, all 5 ammy wins by submission twice against Katie Howard.
5-26 KOTC: Alliance
125 Jenny Liou (2-0-0) US vs. Jocelyn Lybarger (3-1-0) US
125 Jillian Lybarger (0-1-0) US vs. Danielle Taylor (1-0-0) US
Jillian Lybarger now has an opponent for this event, all four of these fighters, of course, tried out for TUF 20. Checking around and looking for commonalities I see that one site has Liou vs. Lybarger off this event.
Note: The weights shown are subject to change due to the possibility they are looking to fight further at 115lbs.

She's training hard. We have changed some stuff up in regards to her diet and have brought a nutritionist/chef on board to help out. She's super focused as normal.
She will be good to go when she fly's out
Thanks for the support man, Joanne's a bit over whelmed by the support she's getting.
Best of luck.

Martial Arts Talk: Exclusive Interview with Elaina Maxwell
Back in late 2012, I had the opportunity to talk to MMA fighter Elaina Maxwell. As one of the toughest women on the planet, Maxwell has an array of experience in women's mixed martial arts, as she has quite a few fights under her belt.
Recently, I caught up with her again. Only this time we talk about training, the UFC, and Gina Carano. Elaina also answers some questions from her fans. Here is what Elaina had to say...
