None of this makes any sense. I regret this purchase. I wanted Nioh 3, not "We Have Sekiro At Home"
I just feel like they are reskins at this stage
Downloaded this today. Probably gonna do the same as i prefer a straight up melee fight. Thinking i might just use utility spells like damage up etc.I have no doubt I will completely ignore a major mechanic in magic and just brute force my way through the game going melee only.
I’ve been mostly forgetting about it so no not yet. If I do it’ll be like you said and use it for buffs. Stage four introduces the magic system a bit more in depth. You’re able to counter certain enemies with a magic element that they’re weak to.Downloaded this today. Probably gonna do the same as i prefer a straight up melee fight. Have you felt the need to use much magic at all?
Which level? I’m at 6 now.I’ve been able to coast through pretty much without much trouble until I hit a level that is classic Team Ninja BS. This is what I’ve been missing.
Im guessing the partner and being able to add multiple is somewhat like a spirit summons. You can guide them to attack enemies and kind of makes some of them trivial. @HereticBD theres an item I believe that boots them out.

Oh ok, sounds like you’re a good amount ahead of me then. Looking forward to it lol.The sewer / jail level.
Just so many enemies in a cramped area. Lots of death traps as well. I’ve spent longer in certain Nioh areas but this one took the longest. Once I got it down I was farming, but at first, it was a doozie.

This game is awesome, the parry timing is consistent, it all makes perfect sense. Definitely don’t regret this purchase.
