*OFFICIAL* Jon Jones Victim Support Thread

With Jon's retirement announced and the HW title quagmire finally resolved, it's time that we put this mess behind us and let the healing begin. The bad man is gone, and he can't hurt you anymore.

This thread is a safe space for Jon's victims to gather and engage in meaningful, constructive discussion. Similar the UFC 285 round table, where four of Jon's vanquished foes objectively discussed Jon's skills and how difficult he was to deal with in the octagon. No talk of eyepokes, steroids, or other controversies. Just an honest assessment of Jon's abilities.

If these men can set their hate aside, so can you, Sherbro.

Jon's retirement is a good thing for everyone. If you find that you're having trouble focusing on this, and instead, focusing on trivial or speculative things through a lens of negativity, you may suffer from Bones Derangement Syndrome (BDR). Here's some examples:

-Speculating that Jon didn't retire, but rather, ran.
-Criticizing Jon for using Chat GPT to craft a retirement speech
-Displaying butthurt symptoms because Jon retired via phone

If you find yourself caught in this cognitive loop, just put your phone down or walk away from the computer immediately. Breaking the cycle is the most important thing.

As for me, I promise to set aside the bank of memes and gifs that I've been using against Jon's victims. I acknowledge that this behavior is not constructive, and frankly, insensitive on my part. My lack of empathy for the victims has only exacerbated their BDS, and for that, I'm sorry.

Any joke regarding Jon's actual victims, ie; his wife, the USADA agents at his house, Dave Sholler, the pregnant lady that he hit n' run, the pantless girl in his car back in February, the hood of the patrol car, etc.

In the immortal words of Gordie LaChance..

“Suck my fat one you cheap dimestore hood”

I’d add the word “lowlife” between the words cheap, and dimestore.

Because that’s what you ARE.

Whatever helps you sleep at night. Does the lifesize poster of Jones on the ceiling above your bed not do it for you anymore?

You’re fucking pathetic.

That’s fair. To continue that train of thought, can you explain to me what shitty things Jones fans are doing to people, and why they’re faking their joy and elation?

In this situation, I think it is a very fair determining factor in judging the actions of these two specific parties.
Oh, I had no idea you were referring to Jones' fans. I thought you were referring to Jones, who, because of his wealth and fame, might actually be able to find some enjoyment in the moment. I had no idea you were referring to this sad and strained effort of dipshits on the internet trying to create a more pleasing reality.

I'm sincerely sorry for what you've done to your brain.

Both can be true. But the reality is that they’re both just opinions. None of it can be proven. And he actually announced that he was done before the Stipe fight, but that a larger payday could entice him to do one more. Until the figures they were offering him are released versus what he was on record asking for, the only logical entailment we can come to is that the number wasn’t met.

Sure it's opinion. That's most of what makes up a forum.

Jones has said a lot of things over his career. If you choose to believe it was that the money wasn't enough that's fine. I don't buy it. Jones never publicly stated a firm amount he needed, so your premise that we'll "know" is flawed. If the UFC says they offered $15m, Jones can retroactively say he needed $20m. The UFC has made it VERY clear over the years (for obvious reasons) that they don't publicly discuss actual #'s in contract negotiations. Which gives Jones a free pass to make whatever claim he wants after the fact. Again, you're free to believe it was just money. I don't.

As long as you acknowledge that every official publication and organization and sanctioning body that records these things disagrees with you. You’re of the mind, “I feel therefore I am” as opposed to objective reality. So in other words, speak your truth, sis.
"Sis?" That's cute, homegirl.

The Aspinall "loss" comment was tongue in cheek, but are you going to deny he has an OFFICIAL "L" on his record and it came against Matt Hammill?

If so, I will both remind you (see below) of your own lack of grasp on objective reality. Along with your apparent lack of intelligence, apparent ability to read, and apparent desire to be the next guy to share a pool in Thailand with JBJ.

So my answer to that is you’re clearly mad. And that’s truly unfortunate. Because the thing about being mad is that you’re going to have to stay mad.

lol you don't understand my emotions, the emotions of people criticizing Jones, or even how emotions work and have to invent an understanding that makes you feel like less of a dipshit. That's a perfect encapsulation of your presence in this thread.

The UFC doesn’t have to disclose any specific numbers. They can just say, “he gave us a number, we matched it and then he still declined.” That would be easy enough without going into the specifics and so far they haven’t done that.
But regardless, to say with one hundred percent certainty that he was afraid to fight Aspinall is just a feeling that you have. It’s not a fact. I’m going off of what these people have actually said. This is all what-if. When there’s a contradiction, then I have reason to believe that someone was not being truthful. So far, there haven’t been any.

“You don’t understand my emotions,” you say. And yet you claim to know those things about everyone who disagrees with you here, right? Rules for thee but not for me.

No the Hamill fight was a legitimate loss by DQ. What now?

Is this thread for his girlfriend?

Or for the pregnant woman he hit with his car?

It's only confusing to you because you've ruined your brain.

Jones retired, his critics are rejoicing. In 2025 in America, idiots love being recreationally stupid on the internet and they're doing the dumbest, most predictable thing possible in this thread: pretending that Jones' fans are really the ones rejoicing at the news of Jones going out with such a whimper and it's actually his critics who are upset by it.

What you're doing isn't even a wily stupid. It's just stupid.

No, you're going off what one guy said. The UFC side has made zero comments on the money (as I stated, they simply don't do that). That includes even general statements like "He gave a number and we didnt meet it". The UFC has a very simple rule that they won't make public statements that reflect poorly on them. Which makes sense, why would they? It would be horrible business. Publicly stating that they gave an offer and it wasn't enough for Jon opens them up for criticism that the fight didnt happen because "they're too cheap". Why would they ever do that when they can simply say "Jon chose to retire. We wish him the best."

I get you wanting to paint it as though you're operating in a world of "facts" and mine is just conjecture. But no, sorry. We are both operating in guesswork. Jones vague comments about getting a big payday don't change that one iota.

I also don't know why you'd choose to add in "with 100% certainty"? When did I say that? I said I think Jones was scared of the likely loss that came with fighting Tom. That's my view but nowhere did I say I know it and damn sure I never said with 100% certainty. Don't argue in bad faith and try to slip things in that don't apply. It's pointless and when you get caught you look dumb.

"I hope Jon Jones doesnt fight anyone and Aspinall gets outpointed by Gane in a boring fight."

uhhh do you even like MMA?

"No."
