This looks like the Crumbling Farum Majula but its not. Its on the side of a peninsula in Caelid by Maliketh. I havent figured out how to get to the bottom

I just started playing the game as a shield and sword warrior guy

Whats the blood on the ground? Do I have to click on them all?

No. They're just messages players can leave. Some will be warnings about what's up ahead and some will be along the lines of "Awesome. But, hole."

yea its my first time playing

can I just kill the low lvl guys over and over until I get OP? Theres some things I see that I can sneak up to and kill one shot

Yes you can. AT THE START, I'd grab the flail in train car in first soldier camp you see.

Then run down the road, cross bridge, you see 2 giants pulling a carriage. Use flail to kill them with bleed damage. They drop like 825 runes each.

You can gain like 10 levels real quick. Riding back and forth killing them.

These guys. Right across the bridge. Easy kills once you get the hang of it. They stand in place and try to step on you. The flail kills them quick

That's what I did anyway when I first started Elden Ring. I farmed those bastards and gained like 10 or 15 levels real quick, then proceeded with the game.

Then I go to Caelid and farm Vulgar Militias. That's my second favorite exp farm spot.

I think the skeleton I found is bigger than a fire giant but I could be wrong. I don't remember how big the fire giant is. The skeleton is way bigger than the giants that pull the carriages you see in some areas

I'm on the search for Dariwhirl's camp if there is one. I noticed that there is a camp or ruins for every faction of knights. I found the Perfumer's camp yesterday. I find new shit everytime I play the game. I also completely stopped using guides a long time ago, so whatever I find is what I get.

I can explore this game all night and build heroes. I put on a podcast and play this shit.

I also found a new area far below where Maliketh chills at in Caelid by the Black Blade Kindrid but I cant figure out how to get down there. And there is an item glowing down there.

The Caelid skeleton would have belong to the largest thing in the entire game, even bigger than Gransax. There’s no lore in game for it, but whatever it was in life would have been orders of magnitude larger than a fire giant

What's that white number that goes up when you kill someone on the bottom right of the screen? Is that money?

And also, can I save anywhere when I exit the game?

It's money and exp called Runes I think. You can buy shit at merchants scattered around the world or level up with it.

Those are my stats. I put almost everything in vigor, strength, and endurance

I'm using the Great Stars which is a bleed weapon

Arcane makes bleed do more damage? I started putting my level ups into arcane. Does Arcane make the bleed activate faster or does it cause bleed to do more damage or both?

If I max Arcane, I can make them bleed in 1 hit instead of 4?

I built him. The Tank

Prelate armor set with Raging Wolf Helm

The colors match too

My Great Stars are level 21

I chose Great Stars over the Great Mace. I noticed the Great Stars heal with every hit. I wish I had another one.

I left a path of death and destruction through the Capitol City and the sewers

Now I'm heading to Volcano Mansion

I'm lvl 13 and spent all my lvl up points to increase my strength

There's 3 free weapons you can get if you are going with the strength build

Meteorite Katana
Great Sword
Great Axe

The Great Axe is the easiest to get. It's right across the bridge at the grace site where you get the horse.

All you got to do is run and grab them if you know where they are at. Takes couple minutes. Caelid Swamps

I always run to grab the Greatsword one of the first things I do

I dunno where that is

Im lvl 16 now, I spent all my points in strength. I was expecting to be one shotting the mobs that I've been farming on, but it seems like I'm still doing the same amount of damage.

Your best bet is to grab this axe since you are so new to the game. It's right there free. I never used the Great Axe but I know it can beat the whole game. You'll want to use other weapons though as you progress.

I think Axe Talisman is right in the Mistwoods Ruins right around the corner where the sleeping grizzly bear is. You also meet Blaiid there to start the quest.

You need to upgrade your weapon with Smithing Stones. There's a Smithing stone and forge in the Church of Ellah at the start of the game. First merchant you see.

Just don't waste your smithing stones on trash weapons. You'll find a good weapon and not have stones.

Other than that, you just got to explore. There's a cave with a bunch of smithing stones near the beginning.

I swear I think all the FromSoft games might be related

The dancing witches in Elden Ring are also in Bloodborn.

The Black Knights from Dark Souls are in Elden Ring. I just killed one and got his big ass hammer.

If you notice too, the themes in Elden Ring kinda match the other games.

Bloodborn theme is blood and the moon. Ranni and Mohg from Elden Ring

I think Dark Souls is the Frenzy Flame theme

I can't remember the theme of Demons Souls

I think the Great Stars and the Great Mace are the best weapons I ever used so far. I thought the Ruins Greatsword was the best weapon in Elden Ring but I've been devastating the game way worse with the Great Stars. I got 2 of them now.

I think Elden Ring is a prequel to the other games. Whatever ending you choose in Elden Ring takes you to a new age.

Like if I get Ranni's ending in Elden Ring, it goes to Bloodborn.

Or I might be making up my own plot and they got nothing to do with each other

Shout out to Orphan of KOS
