I understand Mick being pissed off about that though. Just seems like a situation where even though things couldve been handled better,they had to make a choice to keep things rolling.
 
Nah, can't be bothered with overpowered adds and the bitch turns the whole arena into fire and her shield regenerates if you don't drain it quickly enough. Will YouTube the rest of the game. This is how my Doom 2016 playthrough ended too.

^has anyone tried to see if that’s actually true - that 100 punches will stagger a zombie?
 
I thought the Khan Maykr was hands down the easiest boss battle in the game, especially compared to the Gladiator and final boss. I beat her on my very first try on UV and I don't even think I was ever in grave danger.

All you really have to do is use the Ballista to quickly nuke her health, then of course Meathook-punch her to advance to the next phase. When ammo/health runs low, switch to the Heavy Cannon and scope-headshot one of the Maykr Drones to make it explode into a shower of resources. Rinse, repeat until the battle is over. (And obviously, avoid being on the ground as much as possible. Use double-jumps and dashes to leap between platforms).

I'm sure playing on PC made the battle far easier, though. I imagine headshotting the Drones is significantly tougher with a controller, especially while trying to jump and dash around at the same time. As a matter of fact, it seems like weakpoints in general would be a real bitch to target with a controller. I really feel for you console guys. EDIT: If you haven't been using it already, you might want to equip the Chrono Strike rune that slows down time when you use your weapon's secondary ability in mid-air. This would make it far easier to headshot those annoying Maykr Drones.

I have been playing on PC with a controller, and the Khan Maykr fight made me quit playing. I haven't had any issue with any of the other weak points, but I just can't line up those drone headshots, especially with everything going on in that fight. I was excited to finish up the game on my day off, but I tried that a few times and just gave up because I wasn't having fun. :(

Agreed. The Maykr is easy,it just takes time.

They pause and stand still for a bit after they spin. I used the ballista to headshot them because I wanted the chain gun to knock down her shield.

Same. It looks cool dont get me wrong,but enough is enough haha. It took me 20 tries just to use the SHORTCUT to the final sequence. I never bothered with doing that part for real
