What are the skills you're using. I get the point of having all 3 imbues but it's just not fun.
No need to use all 3 imbuments. I've been having great success with just poison. Shadow is a good one too, but I've stuck with poison because some of my legendary aspects work really well with it.

I happen to main a trap + arrow build and i'm at level 85 in the eternal realm and wrecking shit.

I routinely solo tier 40 NM dungeons.. so yes it's possible and yes it's viable.

skills are
puncture
penetrating shot
poison imbuement
poison trap
shadow step
death trap

Routinely solo 40NM dungeons in season 1 already?

Jesus, how much have you played in the last week?

Recently there is so many back and forth changes. (Nerfing then unnerfing). Now they are changing the TP timing back to 3 seconds. It makes me feel like whoever is making the changes never played the game and never tested their changes prior to making them live.

I personally find all the objectives in NMD asinine. I wish they can streamline NMD farming similar to D3 greater rift where all the loot comes at the very end if we are not ever getting a loot filter.

Hey there

Ravenous legendary aspect negates energy shortages to an extent. Stack that with Ancestral items that grant energy generation and you'll basically never run out of energy...

I couldn't find any info about the Ancestral items, could you help me out, I need that stuff asap lol.

They'll probably have everything figured out in a year or so once the beta is over.

Making this many changes after launch is amateur at best. ..I know, I know.. Blizzard is just a small indie company.

Starting to dig the melee rogue. Up to 37. Can clear crowds pretty quickly.

Spending most of my time doing sidequests. Some go too long but mostly fun.

Looking forward to getting to the seasonal content at some point.

Almost to 6 days of play time.

Eeek.

I said I main that build at level 85 in the eternal realm. Not the season. <Moves>

Ahh that makes sense. I just hit 50 on my Barb and respecced to WW about 5 minutes ago. I thought, wow, you must have played a whole lot in the last week.

Where do you see your playtime listed? I don't think I want to look :(

I was mainly using poison but I think late game cold is better.
Mainly been playing my Necro doing season stuff. I'm probably going to have to respec my Rogue at some point. The jump from World Tier 1 to 3 was rough.

Here is a pic of some of my gear I have equipped- there are some synergies here

Between the 2 rings I have 33.1% resource generation. Ravenous aspect grants 64% resource generation on top of that.

I mentioned I used puncture as my basic skill, as it is effective at close to medium range. It has a good chance at making enemies vulnerable, and it can build combo points especially quickly with the condemnation dagger

The bow has a super high basic skill damage boost. and core skills get a double boost with the condemnation dagger. On top of that I'm getting a boost from vulnerable and poisoned enemies, and there's a decent chance I can use poison often due to the bursting venoms legendary aspect as it has a chance to create a poison pool on enemies. Said pool let's me use poison imbuement freely. When I fire off a poisoned penetrating shot with the trickshot legendary aspect, there's a good chance that shot will land a crit and a poison pool. On top of that I'm getting a 42% damage boost on enemies affected by trap skills. This is why I was highly recommending poison traps. I am only using poison imbuement because I am getting all these bonuses against vulnerable, poisoned, and trapped enemies. There are some other legendary aspects I have in my chest that do cool stuff with shadow but I haven't felt compelled to use it as what I have equipped works really well. I'm not really a fan of cold imbuement.

And I'm not even getting into the buffs I have from my paragon boards..
Very succinctly it grants even more bonuses to poisoned, trapped, and my ultimate skill.
The exposure key passive allows me to arm my traps frequently, including the ultimate skills death trap (cooldown reduced from 50 seconds to much lower, like below 5 seconds at times)

Ancestral items are available in WT4 only. You can get plenty of them in Helltide events and NM dungeons.

Big thanks to @steeldragon as he helped me get to WT4.. and opened the doorway to get all this cool gear.

Hit level 45 on my Necro. Finally sacrificed my minions and got my talents sorted out. Bone Spear is ridiculous.

Good to know. I’ll probably experiment with some different builds down the line.

I'm really struggling to get this item I cleared more than one dungeon and I still didn't get the legendary ring drops
