This is true. I hope you catch up to you over the next few weeks. The owner of my new gym said powercages were supposed to be installed last week, but I haven't been there to find out. Hopefully they are good on their word. The gym is to be open 24 hours a day, so missed workouts should be a thing of the past.

 

What say anyone outside the first three to it 800 wears an av with a banana hammock in it for a month?

Man I wanted 405 DL bad yesterday. Got it to 3/4 of lockout and a callus on my offhand gave out along with my grip. Busted ass so hard trying for 405 I couldnt even get 395 when I tried it.
