I just want everything to check out. The Deadlift goes, I'm pretty sure, but I want to make sure the Squat is low enough. I know the form was bad, I need to work on it big time.

you didn't go to parallell on the squat. but the Deadlift seemed to go up really quick, maybe you could add another 10lbs onto it.

Great lifting though endlessscott. would I be right if I guessed your name was scott?

Sorry, no way that passes, you're about 8" off hitting depth. The fold where your thigh meets your hip at the top of your leg needs to go below the top surface of your knee.

You need a lot of form work, your walkout is way too long, you're wasting a lot of energy taking so many steps, try to focus on making it three foot movements (one foot back, other foot back and out to position, other foot to position). You need to sit back way more, your knee drift is pretty bad there and if you got to depth you'd make it a lot worse, work on you hip flexibility and focus on moving you hips before your knees.

You're also losing your upper back tension (watch the bar path in the second half of the ascent) focus on flexing your upper back and driving your head back into the bar.

Yeah nevermind, I'll have to redo this and get lower. Smashy, it's the fault of my dimensions on my rack that I have to walk out so far. I'm going to have to walk out even further now. I have sawhorses I can use as safeties, but even that squat I almost hit the rack with. Oh well, time to work.

you are going to throw your back out if you keep pulling like that...

good work folks.

I've set some PRs in the last couple weeks:

DL 355 (went up well, could have been 365)

Squat 325 x 3

total is 680 no hope in me winning this now but I'm still progressing.

I'm gonna try to PR tomorrow, either deadlift or squat. I'm moving, so updates will be hard to make. I know I have 20 pounds left in me, though. I'm gonna try to pull 475 tomorrow I think. I'll try to make some vids, too.

SMASHIUS DECLARES VICTORY!

182.5kg squat add it to my 182.5kg dead and we have about 805lb.

Wow, I forgot about this contest. Congratulations smashius.
