*So close on the attempts that it was ridiculous. Elbows were far past 90 degrees. If I got my head through, one arm wasn't even with another causing me to fail. Other times I Had a few inches to go but the weight came back down when trying to push my head through. It was like I couldn't coordinate my upper body with my lower body. 285 is definitely my goal to hit before 2012.

*I got my new Rogue flat bench. I was dicking around at first getting used to it. I was hoping for 225 lbs x 5 x 5, but I'll go for it next time.
 
Temperature was in the teens overnight. The garage was cold as shit even with a ridiculous amount of layers. I only got Squats in. I may lift later this afternoon when it warms up. I couldn't feel my toes after I was done with Squats.
