Thanks guys. 2010 has been good to me. I'm getting a bit burnt out though. I will probably lift less and less to close out 2010. It's also been pretty rough on my body.
 
LOL, just go in and nail a PR every other workout, it's like what I tried to do last year, but actually making it work :D

*No more winging it for Bench. It's the only lift that I'm not making decent progress with, so I need to work back in proper programming. I may bench monkey it out for the rest of 2010 and bench every session.

I've never really worked doubles or triples. In fact, I really haven't been working Front Squats much at all. I think in my past 4 or 5 Front Squat workouts, I'm just working up to a 1RM. They are just going up since my Back Squats are going up. I'm pretty sure that I'm good for 335 lbs - 345 lbs.

Great PRs. Re: bench. Check out the Add50 program. I'm having great success with it. So is WhiteLightning and many people on BB.com. Idea is to boost your max by 50lbs in 7 weeks, which is very ambitious, but most people get around 35 which is fantastic. I think I'll be getting around 40lbs out of it.

Edit: I actually ran that program a long time ago when we had that lousy benchers thread. I think WL gave me the link to it then. I'm going to try what I'm doing now and then I'll look into a new program for 2011.
