I haven't really tried them yet. I was hoping to take my Push Press as far as I could. I think progress is likely to slow on it, so I may give jerks a shot.

Nice. I ended up getting the inzer lever belt, but i think i'll still use my Valeo belt for bench. I haven't really tried benching with a belt so i don't know if it helps
