Squats are now much more low bar style with my elbow issue. Now that I'm not doing clean and jerks either, I decided to incorporate front squats again as well.

*Squats feel really weird with this positioning. The weight feels heavy at unrack and walkout, however, I'm moving it out of the hole very quickly. I actually think I may be stronger overall with this setup after I get used to it.
Front Squat

*I expected these to feel awkward and hard, but they moved very quickly.
Rolled my ankle this weekend. It's not sprained or anything, but I won't be able to do most lifts for a week or so. I can get by with benching, deadlifts, and some assistance.

*This was with minimal leg drive. Not quite like feet up bench, but similar.
I had my 16 year old nephew, 13 year old nephew, and 50 year old brother lifting with me for deadlifts and bench. I just kind of dicked around a bit, but it was a good session.
