I've got a few things going on right now. My back felt really fried after last week, and now it feels a bit off. On top of that, I may have diverticulitis. I am supposed to really control my diet and cut out beer for a while. I figure I may take this time to work in some conditioning and drop a little bit of weight. I'm hoping to be back to squats and deadlifts pretty quickly. I'm used to rehabbing my back into shape.
