Thanks. I tried the cathletics strength by feel 9 week program, and got fried after 6 workouts. Right now I am shooting for 5 workouts a week, M-Th and Saturday. Each day I will go by how I feel, since I can fluctuate greatly from one day to the next. Selection will be a form of snatch and clean on all 5 days, and alternate front squat and back squat and bench press and a form of overhead lift on M, W, S. I am trying to get in about 4-5 exercises on M, W and S, so I will also throw in deadlift, various rows, and other things in from time to time.
 
Kept it quick and light.

Push Press: From the rack position, wrist wraps, no belt.
