After looking at the entry totals for this weekends WL nationals I feel extra weak.:redface:

Made the mistake of doing my front squats before bench, not like I had a choice. Some trainer was having a middle aged female client do jumps off the only bench station in the place followed by a guy doing 5/8 reps with 155 and chains, who by the way stunk like wet dog.

Front Squat: Being the program jumper that I am I have already lost my drive to do 10 work sets for these every week for the next two months. Added belt on 315, and knee sleeves on 2nd set with that weight. Sat in the bottom for a 3 count on all reps through 275.

Power Jerk: I will call push jerk, power jerk from now on. Belt and wrist wraps at 225 and heavier. I think I set a 3 rep PR. Skipped work sets after 4 RM attempt. I wish we had blocks to work from I think I could have hit a nice weight for 4.
