For sure, I definitely liked the WL lifts more than the PL lifts.
Any plans on incorporating them again?
Can you still do them with your injuries? Or do you just focus more on PL now?

I always wanted to hit a 1k super total in a USAPL and USAW meet, within a short span of each other. My ankle left mobility issue and now left shoulder have kinda squashed the hopes of returning to WL in any competitive capacity. I will focus on PL for the next 3 years or so, then hopefully will just lift to get buff and try to look and feel better.
