I have torn ligiments in my left knew just recently re injured them notice romero walking down the stairs at the weigh ins much like i do at work lol. hes fucked man, hes a warrior for fighting luke on one leg. Gotta say it probably didnt help his cut much.

I thought it was a bit strange how he walked up the stairs with both hands on the rails. Didnt see that he did it walking down too. It was also kind of strange he didnt do the open workout, instead he danced. There was also that video someone posted and said he had a hamstring injury... I think you're on to something TS.
