Bench was good. Squats were done beltless. More challenging than expected. Can get deeper
Some back pain today. Seemed to get better after squatting.

No, not really. Some doing squats and deads, but nothing crazy.

Its expensive and takes around 40mins to get there via public transport and Im not really looking for a gym atm.
