Meh. Unmotivated lately.
Workout went ok. Did the squats working sets in 15min, so thats good.
Bench felt good.
Hips are starting to really bother me during squats. Especially for the second round. The left hip is bothering me the most, the right one is better.
Thinking about taking a deload week after this sheiko cycle if it continues.
Going to try and stretch the shit out of my in. rotators and abductors, they are very tight

I have no reason. Just been feeling a bit "eh, training - who gives a shit" lately. Im sure it'll turn around :icon_lol:
 
I know how little bugging/painful issues can work to "unmotivate" you. Hope things clear out soon. Taking a deload will not harm you in the long run. I ended up not squatting these days. It will be a week or more that I'm gonna lay off squats.
