Honestly I dont have a plan.
Im enjoying it at the moment. I feel im getting stronger, I work up to around 100-115 for my bench, 177 - 190 for my squats and around 200 on deadlifts each week and It feels good to keep up at that intensity each week.
I plan on maxing a bit during the summer, not sure how or when. Ill have to bother Tosa
