Went to the gym today but I had a cold amidst the Swine Flu outbreak. Everyone asking me if I had the swine flu. Don't feel nearly sick enough for a flu. Washed hands before lifts though.

Decided to leave and cut my losses because I didnt want my exhaustion to affect recovery time. Ill retry when Im feeling better.
 
Feeling better today, Ive also been able to eat fine, just felt tired and had a headache.

How's the flexibility coming along?


Surprisingly not bad, I am able to almost hit parellel with a totally arched lower back, and can hit it with a pretty much straight back.


This weekend Im also checking out 24 hour fitness so I may be getting a better gym. Anyone have experience here? Will they have squat racks for me to spend hours at?

My wrist hurts and I haven't been able to lift. Running is getting boring as hell.
 
Two weeks ago, its just about healed now though I think I may lift tommorow
 
Got back in the gym today, was a re-builder session so not that heavy. Visited a friends gym that has some real equipment

Wrist felt fine the whole time too, I was pleased. However so much time off has made the soreness of lifting yesterday grow exponentially. But its a good feeling.
