I always lol when the hysterical threads on here pop up about people leaving California for Texas, the population is 39.5 million it used to be 37 million.

who is actually leaving California? all the people I know who left California ended up coming back.

I know a lot of guys who worked in the trades and owned their own businesses. I can't believe how many have left for Nevada. They simply get to keep more of their money and have less bullshit to deal with.


And for the car registration, holy shit. It is already really, really expensive. I already pay almost 700 dollars a year for a minivan and a commuter car. That is a major tax, and I can't believe it is going UP.

Ouch that is half my current registration cost. So now gas tax nonsense and my registration for my old ass car going up from 100 to $150. And I still get to drive on shit roads.

We pay the highest gas taxes, and now we have outrageous registration and we are rewarded with the worst roads in the lower 48. What a fucking deal.

I did 21 hours and worked full time for one semester. That was hard because of the time requirements. Every other semester I did was 16-18 though. I forget what the scale was but at some credit level they stopped charging you, so I stayed just above that

Yeah I did similar to you, worked nights, took 15-18 credits at a time. It was tough but it was worth it. I’m on that 90k a year now.

No it is not. It is a stupid law written by those who does not have to feel the consequences of said law. A better law would be to incentiveize rescues rather than forcing that only rescues be sold.
Why not make all clothes stores sell only donated/thrown away clothes? Why not make all retail be used.

So the rich will just go to Arizona, Oregon, and Nevada to buy pets while the poor will be forced to purchase rescues.
