I teach a bit of jiu jitsu and have walked out some nights with a lapel burn on the neck and a twisted wrist from competitive rounds.

The city is so much greater as a tourist when you get out of the normal tourist spots. Did a lot of walking ghost and occult tours which regardless of whether you believe in either were just great history tours which I adore wherever I go. I think the best for me of the whole trip was being taken to Trent Reznor's house, no one told me that was going to happen when I signed up for it. As an eternal NINer that was magic and got proper ingrained with Marie Laveau and Nick Cage's house with all that went down there.

But the Garden District and all those walking around looking around are just endless.

This was 30 years ago, lol. After an ex beating the ever living fuck out of me and burning my house down I decided that the bouncer at a club I had to live above during my house being rebuilt's class wouldn't be a bad idea. He used me as an example, he was the one that gave me a sprained wrist and strangulation marks so bugger ever doing anything like that again haha.

I know obviously this doesn't happen everywhere, it was just this one guy. Most instructors I know of are nurturing and welcoming.

I know obviously this doesn't happen everywhere, it was just this one guy. Most instructors I know of are nurturing and welcoming.

No question. Everyone there was likely drunk which is why he's been given an order not to have alcohol or his bond is revoked

Dawg, my wife give me shit every time I come back from class marked up. As if she doesn't do this shit too lol. Hits me with "Ooooh so we just other bitches leave marks on you now huh?" Can never win.

I doubt the Andrew Tate and incel adoration is helping any of that. I know I had a terrible hurtful tongue who used to run into my beatings because I'm stubborn and was more intelligent than he was, I used to get him mixed up with words he couldn't understand so all he knew was to punch or kick me.

Another conversation, his dad used to beat the fuck out of his mum and he was in foster care and kid's homes. His dad begged me to take him back saying it was all his fault.
