Crime Nazi loser attacks woman

Apparently he hit her with a glass of some kind. Later in the article it’s said to be a pitcher.

Video of the incident that went viral online shows students telling the man, who is dressed in a black uniform with a red swastika armband, to get out of the bar. The confrontation continues until one of the students appears to try to take off the armband, at which point the man swings the glass he is carrying at her face.

How the fuck would you know based on a 40 second video with like 5 people in it? There was literally a huge Halloween parade and costume party in downtown Athens last Saturday.

The clip goes on for 60 seconds, and I counted 20+ individuals and your dude is the only one in a costume.

Please answer my question.

The word "performative" is kinda overused laterly but... I think there's a performative aspect to the blind, seething rage at seeing Nazi symbolism.

Since Nazis are the peak of evilness, the mere sight of a swastika or a Hitler mustache or something makes violence acceptable.

Maybe it is performative, maybe its not. Either way not worth the repercussions.

Tell that to your employer when you get fired "but it was a Nazi I assaulted!" lol

I did, and literally linked the biggest Halloween parade and costume contest of the year exactly where the video was from on that day.

You don't get to shove people around just because you're insulted by something.

Then again, I don't know what the woman in the red coat had done...

He was participating in “Literally the biggest Halloween parade and costume contest of the year” two days early and was the only single person seen wearing a costume?

You haven’t answered my question, let me ask it again:
What is the window for using the costume excuse? The whole month of October? Two weeks on either side of the 31st?

I don't know anyone who would support such things.

I did find this troubling from Bernie Sanders ~

Bernie Sanders defends Maine Senate candidate under fire for Reddit comments

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., is standing firm behind Maine Democrat Graham Platner, a first-time Senate hopeful facing outrage over a Nazi-style tattoo and resurfaced Reddit posts.....

What could she have done that would warrant breaking her nose and cutting her face with a pitcher?

I'm not saying that it was justified.

Read the room. Stay away. The man was being mobbed and pushed around by quite a few people. Should have called the police if it bothered her that much.

I think its the idea that women can be treated like men these days.... I see so many social media posts where a girl puts her hands on a guy and he KOs her. Lots defending the action as FAFO.

Yeah, it's not right the guy was getting assaulted, I'm just having a difficult time defending what he did, especially the bottle/pitcher hit. That was not an equal reaction to what was happening to him.

The incident happened on the 23rd and the link for the parade was the 25th. It couldn’t have happened the same day as you claimed.

What began as an ordinary Thursday night in downtown Athens took a disturbing turn when a man dressed in a Nazi uniform with a red swastika armband assaulted a woman outside Cutters Pub.

Yeah I'm still old school that men are typically much more powerful than women and need to be a lot more tolerant before getting physical. It looks like this guy was just doing some stupid stunt though if he's some type of Nazi guy posting all kinds of social media nonsense will know that eventually too. Think you and I are on the same page here.... he should not have been assaulted but he also should have shown some restraint and just called the police for the assault. If I had done something that stupid I would certainly not be fighting women nor calling the police. Either bounce or start taking swings at one of the dudes if you feel threatened

I don't think it really matters. People these days do stupid stuff for attention for social media you name it. If this guy had all kinds of social media tirades on Nazism or a part of some group then I'll think this is probably legit. Otherwise it's just some idiot dressing up for the attention.

Where do you get off saying men are more powerful than women? Are you a biologist?

Funny thing is this is exactly the thing that puts us in a position today where you see all those social media posts where a woman will shove a man and he will KO her. So many people defend that kind of thing nowadays where you would never have seen that 40 years ago. Its exactly like @Siver! said... there seems to be no real men about anymore.
