Crime Nazi loser attacks woman

She pulled on his swastika arm band, He smashed a beer pitcher into a her face, breaking her nose and cutting her deep enough to require stitches.

Bud if you think that constitutes self defense then there’s no saving you.
We have the same video in front of us. The guy is antagonised, he tries to deescalate but the attacking side is becoming more threatening. It wasn't just one person that was assaulting him. He had the right to feel threatened and stand his ground after attempts at deescalation.

It is on her and her friends not to assault people.
"Your honour please punish the homeowner, I slipped on his rug after I broke into his house".

Yes, Georgia is a "stand your ground" state, meaning its law provides that a person has no duty to retreat before using deadly force in self-defense. The law, which has also been referred to as a "no duty to retreat" law, generally removes the duty to attempt to safely withdraw from a dangerous situation.

First he was a dumbass for wearing what he was.

They were pushing him back and getting in his space. The one that was hit took something off him.

He over reacted a hell of a lot by hitting her with whatever ever it was. He should be and was charged for doing that.

Go back and look at right before he hit the girl. Again that doesn't justify his reaction.
Guy walks around in a nazi uniform clearly looking to provoke people,. Provokes a girl enough that she dares to touch him on his nazi armband or some shit. Guy smacks her with a beer mug. We definitely need to look at both sides. Don’t let the fence put a splinter in your ass, dude.

“Stand your ground”. Lmao.

Try not to be such a dumbass. Yes the girls were in the wrong as is anyone getting in people's face.

That doesn't take away how much of an ass he was.

Yes he was under no obligation to back away. However that doesn't give him the right to use excessive force which he did.
If it was 1v1 situation you could argue that, maybe, but still not really as he didn't grab the glass with the purpose of attacking, he was already holding it.
What seems to be missed here is that there was a crowd of people assaulting him and getting progressively more aggressive despite his attempts at deescalation. He had full right to stand his ground and to use force necessary to incapacitate the attacker.

Law is law. Don't assault people with your besties. Again if it doesn't get thrown out outright it will on the appeal.

Back away from what? You keep talking out of both sides of your mouth. Obviously, he used excessive force. There’s no SYG angle to consider here.

So the narrative is that getting pushed warranted aggravated assault? Fucking lol.

He was clearly afraid for his life. I’m not sure what’s more pathetic trying to defend this guy smashing someone in the face with a glass for pulling at his arm band or trying to whatabout the douche bag from Maine as some bizarre deflection.

It’s up there with the “rape is bad! But she also shouldn’t have dressed like a slut”, bullshit.

Yeah, I mean this toxic bullsh*t informed so much of our social existence, and the incels and mediocre men are trying desperately to bring it back as opposed to just listening to women. When I first read into this ideology and its implementation I remembered this scene from "A League of Their Own" and how this Conservative woman spoke of the women who wanted to play baseball (first 30 secs):

I had a friend in college who wanted to play baseball when she was younger. But she gave it up when she was told she would have to play softball instead. She could tell the differences between the two and just wasn't interested in softball.

It always struck me as weird, deciding people's roles in society based on these suppositions of what we envision is their pre-determined place based on immutable characteristics, despite the presences of other immutable characteristics like talent. Gives the distinct impression that only certain types of people are allowed to dream:

And in the US. Unless you're a man. I mean where else could a guy who looks like Tony Galento become wildly famous (which he was):

What we have here is a failure to understand the things he say on Twitter.

Would love to see your source for this.
Lol....the source is the support that Shitler currently enjoys whilst employing the fascist playbook.

I wouldn't include all that voted for him, 'cause some folks are just stupid, but if you support Trump NOW, you would have 100% been on team Chaplin.

The world isn't going to change based on the way you think it should be. You can continue to stay mad at the people who are grounded in reality and wish the world was different than it really is but that isn't going to change reality.

If you get robbed because you're wearing a Rolex in the hood, you're a dumbass. If you get robbed because you're wearing a cheap set of gas station sunglasses in the hood, people are going to have a lot more sympathy for you. It is what it is. Playing ignorant isn't going to keep you safe but it'll sure as hell put you in more danger.

You can wear whatever costume you want, and if you want to assault someone because their costume hurts your feelings, don't be surprised when they hit you back.
Thats Tacos thing though. He believes words/freedom of expression equate to violence so its ok to assault the guy. Then he acts like the guys response was excessive and the girl didnt deserve it. Dont under stand the left sometimes.

Bullshit they were in his face making him back up by force. He had no obligation to step back. He was on the a sidewalk.

Georgia

A person who uses threats or force relating to the use of force in defense of self, others, habitation, or other property has no duty to retreat and has the right to stand his or her ground and use force, including deadly force.

Speech is violence, and silence is violence, so if you say or do anything we disagree with, we're justified in attacking you until you're silent, which is also violence, and we can attack you some more.

I really don’t know where the guy was going with the "when is the window for someone to wear a Halloween costume" nonsense. It obviously was a Halloween costume, but even if it was the middle of February, you still don't get to assault someone because you don't like their clothes.

What's actually funnier is that the ONLY reason they felt comfortable assaulting the guy isn't because they thought they stumbled upon a German WW2 soldier at a college bar, it's because he's just skinny college dork with an edgy costume. If it was some skinhead dude with swastika prison tats, they wouldn't say a fucking word.

Of course there’s nothing wrong with using common sense to avoid problems. Take the guy in the OP for example, he had to expect to catch some static, so “he was asking for it”, and then he attacked a girl who barely touched him.

Women have been victim shamed for how they dress, even in courtrooms, for being raped. That double standard being applied to defend this douchebag is all I’m talking about.

Under SYG you can only threaten or use force to the extent you believe is reasonably necessary to stop the force against you. That girl he hit barely laid a hand on him, she wasn’t attacking him, and he smacked her in the head with a beer mug. There’s no SYG case for this guy. You’ve already agreed he used excessive force, you’re just arguing to argue.

Quick get him to Maine, this man should run for office
Dude should have learned from prince harrys debacle not to dress as a Nazi (since his common sense didn’t click in not to wear the costume) who the fuvk even makes or sells maxi costumes. They should not be readily available
