I wonder if he signed to fight Doumbe in Paris. It would be a great match up, IMO.Renfro is a really good signing for PFL. I don't know why Bellator weren't all over him if he'd given up on the UFC for now. He's a glass cannon but he's entertaining and charismatic as fuck.
Doumbé has 4 fights and Renfro 13. I think Doumbé can only fight fighters with 8 fights or less under French commission rulesI wonder if he signed to fight Doumbe in Paris. It would be a great match up, IMO.
Think the Fugitt loss is still too fresh for them.Renfro is a really good signing for PFL. I don't know why Bellator weren't all over him if he'd given up on the UFC for now. He's a glass cannon but he's entertaining and charismatic as fuck.
Fight ended in 1:22 in first round. Opponent, who is not a wrestler but comes from taekwando tried to take him down, Umar landed a few elbows and Uzbekistani guy ended up with injury of right arm. So TKO win for Magomedov.Interesting, wonder if he's similar.
Mauro Mastromarini from Argentina is a bantamweight to keep an eye on. With UFC looking to continue signing fighters from Latinamérica and expanding in the region, he’s most likely on their radar. He’s the Samurai Fight House bantamweight champion and is 14-2. He just had his first fight outside of Argentina in Abu Dhabi with UAE Warriors 36 and he lost, but he looked great. It was an Islam vs. Volk kind of loss where you steal the show in the defeat. He’s only 24 years old, but I could see him show on Dana White Contender Series or on an APEX UFC card at some point.
Yeah against Rogerio Monteiro. I think he could win it and get a call up to the UFC. He told me he could make 125 on a 20 days notice. He also said he wouldn’t mind fighting at 145 because he doesn’t cut much weight to make 135, but his true division is 135.Yeah he's good. Will need to get a couple of wins to get in now probably but he's got a fight lined up in SFH and he's young so got time on his side.
Manuel Exposito and Carlos Petruzzella from Argentina are prospects were keeping an eye on as well. Both undefeated and they are 2 of the best grapplers competing in MMA in Argentina.
He's always active on the ground which is why he tends to lose position. He doesn't like playing it safe and he's found some success because of it. I'm sure if he got signed somewhere and had a full training camp overseas, that's one of those things they'll tell him he needs to chill on. I think his stand up is his problem and even then he always looks for ways to cut the distance and get takedowns. I'm curious to see how he would do against competition elsewhere.Petruzella is a bit sloppy imo. Loses position a lot, I'm not confident in him making the next step up.

Exposito signed with Combate. He should be debuting at some point. He's mostly a BJJ fighter with OK stand up, but he's got a brutal guillotine choke. I think he'll do well there.
